Software Advice is seeking a few awesome college graduates to join its two-year sales and entrepreneurship training program. As a trainee, you’ll get a front-row seat to the thrills and challenges of building a Web company. You’ll be exposed to numerous industries (healthcare, construction, and real estate to name a few) and will end up knowing software inside and out.
You’ll learn that entrepreneurship is not all about Nerf guns and Foosball tables, but more about determination, focus, and execution. As entrepreneurs who have built this company from scratch, we know that success doesn’t come easily - it requires disciplined execution day in and day out. You’ll develop your professional skills, learn a ton, and make a direct impact on our company’s growth. And we pay well.
Trainees will fill the position of Associate Software Analyst, advising buyers on which software systems will best fit their needs. You will be on the front lines of our business in a full-time, phone-intensive sales role. Each day you will help buyers through the challenge of software selection, while making a competitive income with full benefits. It’s not as grueling as cold calling, but still requires energy, determination, and persistence. The program lasts two years with hopes that trainees completing the program will grow into the Senior Analyst position and mentor future trainees.
